Leaders:
• R Palm on her L shoulder blade. Fingers slightly downward to lift. Elbows together.
• Tension (pull her toward you).
• Imagine a “newly infl ated balloon.” Not, “a 3-day old balloon.”
Followers:
• Elbows touch at your shoulder level.
• Tension (push him away from you). Deltoid engaged.
Balance Step – In 2-Hand Hold (first 6-count):
• Leaders: L foot, step forward – into the circle (1).
• Followers: R foot, step backward – into the circle (1).
